Tuition for the 2009-10 school year is $6,250 per student in grades K through 8. Tuition for students in PreK is $6,500 per student. Family discounts are available for multiple children of the same family enrolled during the same school year, as shown below. In cases where one of the children is in full day PreK, the PreK rate of $6,500 will be charged in full and the discount policy will apply to the remaining tuition.*

Annual Fees per Student:
- A $75 non-refundable application fee is required per child applying to grades PreK – 8.
- A $350 non-refundable book and resource fee is required per student enrolled in grades K – 8, due in full by June 1.
- A $150 program fee is required for PreK students, instead of the book and resource fee, due in full by June 1.
2009-10 Tuition Payment Policies
Tuition is due and non refundable on August 1st. The Academy accepts cash, checks or credit cards (AMEX, VISA, MasterCard) as forms of payment at this time.
As an accommodation, we will allow one of the following payment plans with a signed commitment to pay the full tuition. A 3% service fee will be included in all plans if paying by credit card:
- Plan 1: One annual payment due in full by August 1st.
- Plan 2: Biannual (2) payments due in equal installments, August 1st and January 1st.
- Plan 3: Quarterly (4) payments due in equal installments, August 1st, November 1st, February 1st and May 1st.
- Plan 4: Ten (10) monthly payments due in equal installments, beginning August 1st and ending May 1st.
Late fees of 5% per month are imposed on all accounts that are 30 or more days overdue. Re-enrollment will not be permitted until all outstanding tuition balances are paid in full.
For All Students
If your child is withdrawn from the Academy before June 1, you will be released from the terms of your enrollment contract. All previously paid deposits will be refunded at 50% of the original fee, except the application fee, which is non-refundable.
If your child is withdrawn from the Academy after June 1 but before August 1, you will be obligated for 50% of the total cost of tuition for the entire year. All previously paid deposits are non-refundable.
If your child is withdrawn from the Academy after August 1, the full year’s tuition is due in full immediately upon withdrawal. All previously paid deposits are non-refundable.
In all of the above cases, a formal letter of withdrawal must be submitted to the school by the dates indicated above. Verbal requests for withdrawal will not be accepted.
If tuition and/or fees have not been paid, or a signed commitment (enrollment contract) has not been received by August 1st, your child will not be permitted to attend school.
For withdrawals during the school year:
A formal letter of withdrawal is required for all students who may leave the school during the year. If your child is withdrawn from the Academy at any time during the school year, you will be obligated for the balance due on the full year’s tuition. All previously paid deposits are non-refundable. You will also be obligated to pay any outstanding fees including those for lost/missing library and text books, Homework Club, lunch, commitments to Friday night bingo, and the annual school raffle. School transcripts will not be released until all financial obligations are met.
