The teachers at Saint Thomas More Academy are highly qualified, dedicated, and giving people. Each holds a Bachelor degree and many have Graduate-level coursework and degrees, as well as valuable classroom experience.

Saint Thomas More Academy's Principal, Margie Neff, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development. She has taught in both Catholic and public schools. During her two decades in education and education-related fields, Ms. Neff has developed/taught/marketed technical and soft skills to "children of all ages" in settings from non-profit classrooms to corporate boardrooms. Having traveled the globe, Ms. Neff is happiest in Buckeystown, MD, at St. Thomas More Academy (STMA) with her three children and the greater STMA family.
